Information and Requirements

We do not charge you a fee for finding you a job with a client, and your salary (agreed upon at the time of hiring) will be paid directly by your employer.

If you would like to be considered for a position through 5 Star Nannies, the key steps in our placement process are as follows:

  1. Application form.  Be sure to provide all of the information requested on the Job Application form.  Then, submit your application to us online or by fax or mail.

  2. Agency screening.  After reviewing your application and verifying references, we will conduct a telephone interview with you.

  3. Telephone interview.  If your qualifications match our client’s requirements, we will schedule a telephone interview with the prospective family.

  4. Family meeting.  Once you are identified as a potential candidate, we will set up a face-to-face meeting with the family.

  5. Employment agreement.  If you are selected for the position and have passed all background checks, we will help you and the family prepare an employment agreement.  You may begin work after the agreement is signed and the fee has been paid by your employer.
