Nanny & Housekeeper Requirements

To be considered for placement, all nannies must be at least age 18 and have:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Excellent references 
• Legal U.S. residency or employment

We prefer candidates who are college-educated, licensed drivers and non-smokers.  Also, we look for individuals who have special talents or interests, such as music, drama, art, foreign languages, cooking, computers and sports.  With these qualities, a nanny can make an important contribution to your child’s intellectual, physical and social development.

Pre-Screening Candidates

In evaluating potential candidates for your household position, we will conduct an extensive screening process that includes:

• A comprehensive written application
• Work and personal references
• National and statewide criminal investigation
• Motor vehicle records report (seven years)
• Social Security verification
• Candidate interviews
